ANM Trip Ticket Ledger

Read-only hash-chained registry of trip ticket numbers claimed for nutrient credits. Each number registers exactly once; each credit trade then applies one uniform fraction, in basis points (10,000 bp = 100%), to every unexhausted ticket in scope — every harvester sells the same proportion. The trade's fraction and the remaining balance after every claim are sealed into the SHA-256 chain — any retroactive edit, deletion, over-claim, unequal share, or back-dating is detectable. No harvest data is published on the chain; full VESL trip ticket records are maintained off-chain by ANM and furnished to FWC on request.
